Senpai is and honorific suffix in Japan that refers to an elder that you look up to, but is not a superior. Example: A student that is a grade above you would be a senpai, but a teacher is San or Sama, never call a teacher Senpai.

What if different Regions or different Kingdoms (if there are a difference) have different popular religions?

What if they worship a Asexual, formless diety?

What if there isn't any religion?
