Inter-ship wars are when ships that conflict (like Monochrome and Bumbleby) have a collective hissy fit.

Compared to shipping wars which is just a collective hissy fit against a particular ship. Like anti-Enabler or anti-ship in general.

Yes, but the difference between wars and how they are now is that it's general conflicting ship animosity, not full-scale
