I saw Anchorman once.
It was funny, but I don't remember it enough to make any kinda guess like that.

Game Slenderman is a punk B*** compared to the actual one(s) in the Creepypastas, The Fear Mythos, and the ARGs.

But Slenderman was my intro into this stuff so he remains my favorite.
