From ME 1 to ME 2 what is the difference i I import at 59 instead of 60?
Whats the difference from importing a lvl 59 or 60?

Yeah, the two best benefits, IMO, were...
1) the rep boost made it easier to win persuasions earlier in the game
2) less scanning if you got the minerals
Other than that, it'd was just a little tidbit. Oh, and I think it's the only way you can save the council?
Certainly, it's the only way you can save Kirrahe, IIRC.
