Missiles are okay, but 2 missiles would be enough, get rid of AC.

Primary uses of missiles - make target waves less of a chore, nuking possessed A-Bombs next to teammates, swarmers, prevent a Gooshing, and rage.

The bolded parts above clearly require at least 6 missles alone, and possibly calls for the use of armored compartments.

This might be a little late, but instead of removing missiles from the game, as suggested, how about allowing the host to set up a game where missiles can't be used? A property variable in the lobby should do it. It allows those who don't like missiles to play without and those who do use missiles to play with.
I suggest this because I just played a Gold match where I couldn't pull out the missile launcher...at all. Everything else, medigel, op packs, ammo, worked but not missiles. I was cool with that, though watching a downed teammate get pancaked by an Atlas was frustrating.

There have been times when i've been in really REALLY bad gold games and i've had to use all of my missiles, due to just bad players or tough games in general, and those games took much longer than they had to.
They're nice to have especially in those life or death situations....cause sometimes games can end or continue depending on whether you have those missiles...so no...
