I would really like to play this game.. i heard many bad things about this game, but the friend of mine, the one which i would trust with my life, told me that its actualy good rpg, not what i would expect after origins, but good.

Well, with the new consoles coming out, I expect there will be a price drop on the DLCs at some point. The Black Emporium was free just a little while ago. Yesterday, DAO was on sale for $5 Canadian.

No. But maybe DA2 dlc will get a price drop after DA3 release.
It' really up to you. I wasn't planning on buying the dlc but then I figured why not. Better than spending the money on some other game that'll just sit on my HD and not get played (looking at you steam sales).
