to those who say her being in her 40s is weird for her to be in a romance with the inquisitor. I would like to point out shepard was in his 30s and tali was around 20 and I mean early 20s. I don't think the inquisitor will we any younger then his 30s so it wouldn't be weird
By the end of Mass Effect, Shepard was like 33 and Tali was approximately 25 which isn't too bad. Liara was like 110 when she was cradle robbing Shepard. Miranda was older by a couple years too if I recall correctly.
As for Cassandra, I just don't like her character at all. I think a lot of it is her accent. Hate it. But as long as there is at least one party member with lady parts that I enjoy then I don't care if Cassandra is a LI at all because I can ignore her unless you can play mind games and turn her into a sobbing little crybaby then I'd totally do it.

Really? I actually find that quite cool if true.

I think she and Gaylan (?)-- the mage from Dawn of a Seeker already have something going on. As much as I like Cassandra, I don't think she seems the type to be romanced. Not every female is looking for that kind of thing 'yknow; it just doesn't seem right in a time of war, especially considering her character.
That was just a flirt.

Yup, plus, it seemed to me that he was much more interested in her than she was in him. Even if they did hook up, that was 18 years before DAI. A lot can change in that time. If either or both of them are companions in DAI, a long-forgotten peck on the cheek would not be much of an impediment to a romance with the protagonist.Milan92 wrote...

But I think she'd bring a strong female presence as a companion. I like having at least one strong female member in my part'eh. Plus she's rocking the short haircut so I hope they keep her look around the same would be nice.

Thinking back to DA2, she may be romancable since she found Hawke to be romantic during the Qunari invasion... both male and female, actually. So I retract my opinion. Now I think she'll be a bi option and go for strong, gung-ho, righteous types.

I don't understand the point of this question. If I wait does that mean I don't like her as much?Angrywolves wrote...
Let's just cut through all this.
Assume for the sake of argument that Cassandra is one of the first companions to join the Inquisitor .
As the player do you immediately start romancing her or do you wait to see who else joins the party?
At any rate, unless it's my second play where I already know everyone, everything would depend on actual circumstances: what is actually going on with the plot, conversations I have with the NPC, the types of flirts available (e.g. I dislike the first Anders flirt for fem Hawke), and so on. I don't know that I would consciously wait or decide to not wait.
As an example, in my numerous plays of DAO (I didn't romance anyone in the first), I usually wait until post-Redcliffe to start in with the romance dialog. I tend to feel that there is too much urgency with the demon in Connor and Arl Eamon on death's door. However, by this time in the plot you have acquired all of the available LI. So while I didn't purposely hold off until I recruited everyone, it just worked out that way.

I'll let the relationship develop organically. If they use a DA II rivalry/friendship meter, she might decide she doesn't like my PC.Angrywolves wrote...

But yeah i hope she will be available for female and male characters, as on time there's war you shouldn't have luxury to choose to much.

Perhaps then we could see more interesting dyanmics between our character and his/her companions beyond whether or not we can turn on the charm enough to get them to hit the sack with us.
As I rather like Cassandra as a character, I'd definitely prefer she not be shoehorned into another harem babe.
