- Here you go, Sir.
Diaspora - Freeware Battlestar Galactica Game
But seriously, I just found it, haven't played it yet.
I was looking for some good BSG game for a long time, and it looks very very promising + its free, just WOW.
No clue how did I miss it till now.
So:
Diaspora: Shattered Armistice - Simulation.

- One "X-Wing vs Tie Fighter"-like game, in the Battlestar Galactica setting, please. I want to kick some Cylons' asses.

Yes it is. Just go to that link and you can downlaod it for free.
BSG online, haven't tried it. I just feel somehow burned lately by the MMOs, especialy after last few disappointments like SWTOR, Nevervinter Online.
The latter being so horrible that I still have nightmares, lol. Dungeon and dragons my ass.
Anyway, heres something I remember playing back then, when the dinosaurs still walked the earth.
It's like the father, mother and grandma of all the later tactical RPGs.
Laser Squad - Tactical RPG.

Please feel free to mention more games that are not on the list that I can add, it is hard to search the net all the time solo or try to remember games from my past.
Also feel free to give me suggestions on making the list more detailed or helpful for people. Thank you.

Star Wolves (serie) - once again, a multigenre game. Strategy/RPG but mainly Simulation.
And another dinosaur I just remembered.
Hard Nova - Tactical RPG, this one is more RPG-ish than other TRPGs, so you can put it into RPG category.

Once every week I will also feature up and coming indie sci-fi games. This one comes from Steams greenlight. Check out the vids! It looks very promising for and idie game and I am excited to try it. The game is called Iron Soul.
PS: Don't forget to mention more Sci-Fi games so that I can add them to the list.

You could put Final Fantasy VIII there. That one was released for PC too. Might be kinda hard to get though.
A better HD version is in the making for the PC.

Are we sure it has a decent sci-fi theme? Most FF games are more fantasy then sci-fi although I have never played VIII.
Also added some more games to the list.

FVIII is definitely more sci-fi than fantasy.
