I restarted Mass Effect as an "Infiltrator" instead of a "Soldier". The issue that I have now is the only weapon I can aim is the pistol. My Rifle and Shotgun will not aim. Dose anyone know why this is??

If you mean ME1, you have to have the weapon skill to actually use the zoom. So for a base infiltrator that's pistol and sniper rifle.

Yes, it's ME1 but I switched back to "Soldier" mode and now I can aim all my weapons. I just would like to know when I come across objects that tell me that my skill level is too low to hack it, what do I do?? I had just about every spot filled in the categories for Shepard, but I still get that issue. I was told to have a team member that's good in hacking, but how do I put that to use??

The game will automatically use the npc's skill. If it's high enough, it will let you do the mini game, or omnigel the lock. There is no action required beyond having said NPC in your party, with a high enough skill and clicking on the lock.

This question was answered in your other thread.

Yes it was but I did not understand it fully because as I build their skills up as well as mine, I still get the same issue.......So what's the deal??

Are your squadmate skills high enough? That is, do they have Master Overload (rank 9 Electronics) or Master Sabotage (rank 9 Decryption)?

Another question would be: Where are you in the campaign?
There is one spot in the campaign where you MUST be an Engineer, Infiltrator, or Sentinel with enough points in Overload and Decryption to unlock some objects. That spot is on Virmire where you are just outside Saren's base with the Kirrahe's Salarian Infiltration Unit. Since it is just you and you have no squadmates selected -- they are standing by themselves outside -- only Shepard can unlock two objects. One gives you a codex entry, which I am pretty sure you can also get later in the mission, and the other gives you some crap inventory, Phoenix VII armor or something stupid like that.

The only other thing I can think of is your game has glitched, in which case I cannot help you.

I was pretty far into the game last time and I built up on Shepard's and his Team mates ability's so that "Hacks" could be done. But I'll review their ability's this time around to make sure that the Team can crack the Hacks. Thank you for the info.
