While I'm doing a lot of work with models and meshes, etc etc so that bracers and such are visible when equipped, it would be a whole lot easier if I knew how the armor set was doing it so I could just attach a script to, say, "bracers of defense" that would have it take a_something and apply it.
The armor attachments are without skeletons or other meshes, and so far as I can tell the blueprints aren't creating new models - probably applying them as an effect glued to a given bone (how I don't know). I know some folks have managed to duplicate some of the Armor Set's processes (such as allowing custom tinting your PC's gear): is anybody clueful as to how it's handling these attachments?
Anybody know how the Armor Set actually works?
