The palette? Under the View>Options menu, click the "Windows" section, and press the "reset" button at the bottom.

Toolset FAQ
- under the reset suggestion is the method I've had to use a few times. ie, Delete the user data files for the toolset.

2 things- It tells you to write a code for Vista or XP and I'm using win7, plus - it says DELETE the nwn2 Toolset folder! How will my toolset work it I delete it? Last thing- I think they meant the nwn2 tooledit folder, that has the toolset property in it (is it a mix or am I getting something wrong?) I deleted it but it didn't work- I guess I need the win7 code for explorer...

for some programs, windows stores configuration settings under a special folder (that may be hidden on your system). The toolset configuration may (does) occasionally go wonky; things like the tabs for blueprints, conversations, etc. will disappear. If that's what the problem is, a likely way to fix it is to delete your toolset -configuration- folder (not the toolset files or folders in your NwN2 installation).
The folder with the configuration files is found somewhere around here ( Google search 'win7 application folder' )
it's a folder with only a subfolder with about a dozen .Xml files in them (on Xp here, but this part should be the same).

I'm always doing this ( I'm on windows 7 too ) as I have a habit of dragging toolbars off the screen into oblivion ! The first time I had to delete the toolset folder was a bit daunting but it's harmless. Just remember to turn autosave back off and you'll have to move your toolbars around again to where you want them as it'll reset to default.
