Technically, this statement carries several logical implications.

1. From the first time someone plays this game, they are already well versed and practiced, and can dominate. Ie already at an elite level

2. There is never any improvement, because that would imply they weren't already excellent. Ergo no training is required

Logical conclusion: The rest of us mortal gamers, while starting as much weaker players, do, in fact, have the ability to improve. Because Spectre's by definition do not improve, the typical gamer will eventually pass the typical Spectre in ability, as they are capped by their starting greatness.

I have a question for pc and xbox Spectres: do u rocket spawns when u pug? Do u use rockets at all in gold pugs? Do u feel a little embarrassed when u had to use a rocket at some point (not to save a teammate)?
