what'd y'all do for your tryout? I already know Finn got White/Geth but I'm curious about everyone else.

Duo with one of the recruiter guys (Smoothie and TMB on the PS3, if i'm not mistaken) on U/U/P, except the twist is that on the objective waves, the person trying out must solo the wave while the recruiter guy gets himself killed. 

Also, you can't use Armored Compartments, TGI, AIU, or Juggernaut.

Why are spectres non team players if they are in a pug group? Why do they take the easy way out of going into solo mode at the 1st sign of trouble? Why do they then blame the pugs for failing when it is their abandonment of the group principle that gets the team in trouble?

There you go, three questions.

What's your definition of not being a team player?

I just gave it to you already, taking the easy way out and playing as if it is a solo match as soon as things get the least bit hairy.  Using a missle to get the team out of trouble instead of bailign out, letting the team die and then soloing the rest of the wave and then talk about carrying.

It's a far greater challenge to not jump into solo mode, stick with a group even if their strategy is faulty and bail a group out that way.  The truly great players I've seen can pull this off.  A lot of great soloers can't pull this off.

We can do challenges, eh? Ok, I issue a challenge to any PS3 spectre to outscore me in a 1v1 thunderdome with the following condition: I host. That's not a trap or anything.

Unrelated question: do Spectres also fix internet? I'm only getting .25mbps up/.5mbps down right now.

Happens, yes.

IOnlyUseMeBatSol though.

@mermaids tear: I don't typically nuke spawns, but I will use missiles to clear out teammates, objectives, revives w/e.
I will nuke a single Prime if I see one thoug, I hate those things. Also, I will missile when I'm pi**ed off.
