I just got off of a call with EA technical support.  They were able to handle my code redemption problem promptly, and suggested that I let y'all know the following.

1)  If you purchased your product directly from EA and did not receive an appropriate DLC code, call EA and they will resolve the issue.

2)  If you purchased your product from another retailer, and that retailer failed to provide the promotional DLC codes, you must take the matter up with that retailer, because EA will not handle that problem.

3)  If you receievd and redeemed DLC codes on your account, but the content does not appear in the downloadable content tab on the game menu, call EA, and they will be able to research the codes (which you must tell them over the phone), and they can generate new codes on their end if there was some sort of server problem (as in my case).

EA's phone number is 866-543-5435.  Dragon Age Origins support is one of the selectable options on the system, and selecting that option takes you to a representative.

Good luck!

Will this work with the Product Key is Already in Use error that some digital distribution customers are having (impulse, steam, direct2drive, EA online, etc)?

I bought the game through direct2drive... had problems getting the codes, then realized i could only get them after the 10am code release. Once i got the codes, It took me 5 or 6 tries to register the account and then couldnt apply the bonus codes on the site. so i just started playing the game anyways. Then a few hours later i tried to redeem the bonus codes and they worked. but i wasnt logged in right on the site!! So after logging in correctly, re-entering the codes several times, they finally work and showed up on my download / installed section. Everything seems to be in order. I hope, by playing the game before redeeming the codes, that I have not missed out on exclusive content meant for early stages of the game.

I'm not an amerikaner and it's 21:16 here, so could someone that is going to call them anyway ask what the hell is up with the Warden's Keep DLC?

To respond to CassielNox, I will just add that there are several distinct issues causing problems for people trying to access the DLC. Some are caused by the Dragon Age Updater service (which should have been installed with the game) defaulting to "off" on some systems. That fix is a self-help issue that is dealt with elsewhere on the forums, and takes a few mouse clicks to resolve. I am not sure if the call center can help with that issue.

The call center was able to help me, because my codes, which I had prooperly redeemed, failed to download certain DLC after other DLC had already been downloaded. I was no longer experiencing the all-out DLC failure, after turning the download updater service to the "on" setting. EA generated new codes for the 2 DLC items that did not properly download, and took care of redeeming those codes on my account (I never heard or saw those codes); before the call ended, both DLC items were downloading in the game's download menu.

That's all that I can really say on this subject.

Wow, I just got off the phone with EA's support and this I'm honestly shocked. I'll start with the basics. I bought the CE for the 360 from Gamestop and got all my promotional codes except for the Blood Dragon armor and the Stone Prisoner DLC code. They want me to return the entire game to them via the mail under their return policy just to get the two DLC codes. Crazy.
