Yes, unless you're scared of playing without lots of shields/damage reduction, which may be the case here.

Doesn't matter how much Damage Reduction you have if there's nothing left to kill you.

I'm with you on that. I'm just making an observation. If the other poster is not using Flamer on a Geth Trooper, then really the only thing you could want the Trooper over the Infiltrator for is Fortification.

My eternal love is for the N7 Paladin with an Indra. He is my go-to guy for most everything. I love me some 'splosions.
Followed closely by the AIU with a Reegar with armor piercing ammo. She just chews thru everything.
