Sorry, should have said, as OP asks -- GT/flamer/acolyte happens to be the kit that I personally do best with (kill fastest with).  Don't know why, synergy with how I like to game I guess?

Ah well, in that case. It's hard to explain I guess - everyone's got one or a few kits he loves and does very well with

1 - Human Sentinel
2 - Geth Trooper
3 - Fury
4 - KroLord
5 - Shadow

With most PuGs:
1 - Shadow
2 - Cabal
3 - Any Infiltrator
4 - KroGuard
5 - Human Sentinel

I'd probably go with Drell Adept using a Paladin if we're talking about damage dealing/scoreboard topping.

If it's best chance to extract on a mission then obviously the Geth Juggernaut, because lolimmortality.

It depends. Personally I feel I play the best with the no-dodge vanilla-flavored turians, especially the sentinel. Given my Origin name I'm dangerously close to becoming a gimmick-poster.

Aside from that, asari vanguard might be my favorite balance of survival, damage, and objective capping.

Salarian Infiltrator with Widow/BW. I actually die less on this kit than on any other Infiltrator.

That and I love the "surprise bulletsex!" aspect of killing pretty much everything with 1 shot.

That would hands-down-no-contest be the Shadow. Short on damage output, but I can sleep my way through every other element of the game.

I'm not very skilful and prefers kits that has more shields and health. For me:
1. Geth Juggernaut.
2. Geth Trooper.
3. Krogan Warlord.

Tech/Fire Explosions like fireworks
Can use any weapon
Can effectively deal with any enemy in any faction
One of the few kits able to use grenade, power and weapon at once and in harmony
It's a shame to bring him to a bronze match, silver is super easy, very good at gold and platinum viable
