I recently purchased a used copy of ME 2 and would like to download the cerberus pack, which should be free on all systems (including the ps3). It is nowhere in the store, i even checked the digital downloads of ME2 and ME3.  When I go to the american sony psn websote, I can fnd the pack but when i try to dl it, it says i am not eligible for purchase. i live in europe.
Can anyone please help me?
