Some guy sent me a message that said " I envy ur lancer x" I felt bad so i replied " you will get it soon". I tend to send "good game" messages if the match goes well or if a player does really well too.

Though I've sent some, from time to time, I don't think I've ever received one after a game, unless it was a response to one of mine.

I have occasionally had Friend Requests from ME 3, but that's about it.

I used to get a lot of FRs and messages from playing Dead Island.

In Dead Island, you can't extend the Revive Meter by pressing any buttons, and you get exactly 7 seconds from the BEGINNING of the death animation (about five seconds from when the player actually goes "down".) Being fast enough to revive people prompted nice messages from other players.

I've never received fan mail or hate mail, but my favourite "good game" received was the one that arrived in German, and it turned out I knew just enough German to make a coherent reply.

Got a m2af from some scrub named Tchoky. Says he's "done" with ME3? LOL. He also frequently messages about how much he likes Geth Primes and victoriakm. Dunno what that's about.

What else... got some messages from Kaxas that day I met him in a pug... got some blackmail from Surly Sue... some polite declines to my game invites from various BSNers... yeah that's about it. Good stuff.
