Yeah! Mine used to go out all the time and freeze. Turned out the dip****s that built my house, wired the upstairs to only be on 2 circuits and the centrail air, for whatever reason, doesnt hit my bedroom properly so its always hot. Not to mention vaulted ceilings and Im over and under an attic.
Anywho, I plugged a window AC in and whenever the condenser needed to go on, it was enough draw on the power to interrupt my router and disconnect me from Live or crash the game and my bedroom I hard wired everything. Hell, my wife just needed to plug in the iron and it would go. I had to run an extension cord to put the AC on the other circuit.
Guess I am finally done with Mass Effect MP (xbox)

I had a match on reactor not too long ago that the first objective wave glitched out. It was an escort that fell through the board and the timer disappeared, yet the status bar was still visible. The wave went on and on as enemies continued to respawn. Two of the other players in party ran out of gels and bled out leaving only myself and the random we picked up.
After this went on for 10-15 min mission control came over the mic and reported one enemy left. The three of us in party all responded "What the Hell?" The objective was never completed; however, we recieved full credits for completing the objective. Ended up with full extraction after everyting was said and done.

I get one or two XBOX freezes while playing a week on the average. Game is installed, hardwired connection. I also get a few invisible team mate matches who I can't see when I look at the score board.
I seem to have more trouble with some maps (possibly Dagger), and I also suspect that some fools are hosting when they have a ****e internet connection. please DON'T host if yer wireless, and yer mates are surfing porn/watching netflix while yer trying to host.
One of the biggest improvements I'd like to see in the next game, are some ping stats for the players/host (even if it migrates to real servers).

It is fairly stable on PC now, Origin notwithstanding. There is the Retaliation DLC crash that can pop up, but the only real problems I have with it are directly Origin related. Most of the time though, it is just Origin that crashes after I close the program.
