I'm a little unsure which level four evolution to take for the Vanguard's passive tree. The choices are either +5% weapon dam/+10% power damage or +30% power force/+8% rep bonus.
I've maxed both Shockwave and Slam for damage/force, evolved charge with the area impact, have a single point in pull and do not intend to use Nova at all.
Obviously the +5% dam bonus is more beneficial than the rep bonus (especially since i'm avoiding persuade checks in this playthrough), but I was curious how well power force compares to damage for a caster using shockwave/slam/charge, especially when in combination with cryo ammo.

Go with the damage evolution since it will also increase your weapon damage, which is more important for your Vanguard anyway.
If I recall, 10% of force is converted to damage. However, if you are using Shockwave/Charge/Nova to also detonate biotic explosions, then the damage/force may matter less than the combo detonation damage and force.
