I lovingly took my disc from the try, and played some soft music (my disc is fond of Nat King Cole, but I've heard Barry White is a popular choice.) We had a lovely dinner of bowtie pasta with cream sauce, and white wine. We were both nervous. We knew what was coming.

We made small talk, but it was no use. Neither of us could contain the excitement. I brought my disc to the bedroom, lovingly placed it on the bed, and proceeded to... well... the hole is small... I had to... take my time... make sure the disc was ready...

Just finished the game for a second time after waiting for over a year. This time I did it with all the DLC and god, the game got 100% better with the citadel DLC. The party bit at the end had more potential but I am not gonna whine, it was still really great. Loved the surprising Mordin datapad

And combining this with MEHEM it was just such a great experience... Now my shep and his crew can have a victory party. We've had a good ride.. thebest.

Glad you had a great PT     I'm envious, haven't had a PT in which Mordin survives yet. One glorious day I hope to get it. Also doing a PT with all the dlc, just started Omega. I like to place it before Priority Citadel, so that I can see the reason for Cerberus to attack the Citadel is losing Omega. Just flows better for me that way.

And that was it. 40 hours latter I'd done it. And I would do it again, and again. Now it's the reapers' turn.

So, because Arrival is so heavy on combat and so light on narrative, I decided to make a video instead of a picture. Although the end part when you rush to the shuttle and you can see the relay in the distance is very cool. Anyway, just Shepard doing some short work of poor Alliance soldiers who got indoctrinated.

Your FemShep is doing the pointing thing again, lol. Fun to see a little bit of you gameplay, it's very different from my little engineer. I usually lob a drone and a turret at the bad guys to keep them occupied and then I pick them off from a safe distance. That's how I like it. Will be fun to see your Shepard in ME3 later.

Wish I could record video but my current gamingcomputer isn't quite up to it. Hubby is building me a new one when DA:I comes and then I'll be able to do stuff like that. Really looking forward to it.

Went for a ride with Aria, jupp, this taking back Omega sounds like fun. In the "get all your paperwork in order before you leave" kind of way. 


This guy is a real charmer, bet he isn't kidding about upgrading those cannons.


Nope, he wasn't kidding. Nothing is ever ever easy. This is the second time running for the evac on a ship going down.


On the upside, this time you are actually inside a rescue shuttle. So this is a definite improvement.


Ahh... good old ground assault. Nice to be back in buisness, heading for Aria's bunker.


Ran into an old friend of Aria on the way, Nyreen. Might have started out a little frosty, but hoping things will pick up a little. Currently hiding in bunker, planning for the next stage. Nothing is ever easy.

He's just joking.

You don't need to defend ME3 cause it doesn't deserve it.  It is the worst game in the trilogy in terms of story and choices though it is probably the best in terms of graphics and combat mechanics, but that's the same with a lot of newer games.

Just let people do what they want with their games.  It doesn't affect you at all, does it?

Exactly what spiroz said, I answered the question. I never said I don't like the game or that I'll never play it again. Besides, there's more to these forums than Mass Effect you know.....

Mass effect 3 sucks and I haven't played it in months.

Thanks so much for the kind welcome!  I'm using ME3 as a carrot for making some positive changes in my life and won't start playing it until my vacation at Christmas.  I've investigated a lot of information about it (I have an incredibly high tolerance for spoilers) and can't wait to conclude Shepard's journey.

Getting through the plastic was a pain at first but it makes for an effective miniature ring binder with a little perseverance.
