Completed Mars on my Insanity Soldier run. That room just before you meet the Illusive Man was a ****. So many troopers throwing grenades everywhere, and going out of cover is pretty much a death sentence. I managed to get through it by using Singularity+Reave/Warp.

Wrapped up my current game. Don't think I'll play on Insanity again. I find that multiple attempts to win a boss fight break up the flow too much. Actually had trouble with Marauder Shields, though I think that's because my mouse button is acting up.

Very easy final choice. With the geth already destroyed, and EDI having already said she'd give her life for victory, Destroy seemed like the thing to do. EMS 3114, so Shepard lives. He lives because he betrayed the krogan; wouldn't have made the EMS check without that. Though after Wreav's speeches on Earth, Shepard was perfectly at peace with sabotaging the cure.

28 hrs into ME3 and I've just finished the Omega DLC. I forgot how long that DLC is, it too me 4.5 hrs, but man it was so much fun and enjoyable. I love being able to fight alongside the lawless of the galaxy and not on the obvious good side because lets me real here guys, Aria and her men are dangerous criminals who in RL would all be either serving life or on death row.

Anyway, I'm about to start the Rannoch arc, but I'm still debating whether or not my Vanguard should drop the Shotgun and Pistol combo and carry the Valkyrie instead. It is an improved Avenger, a gun I love, and I can level it up to V and still have 200% cooldown. Decision, decisions.

Just completed the Cerberus Abductions mission, and I'm wondering where Hackett got the idea that gunning down innocent civilians isn't Cerberus' usual MO. Also, does Cerberus have a PR department that keeps in touch with the Alliance? lol

Just finished the game again, but this time with the happy ending mod.

I have to admit, it was pretty good - it tied in well with the story, it had exactly what was needed (and why Bioware couldn't have thought of this first is beyond me) and it looked good - the only thing bugging me was the lack of subtitles and that the lip-sync was out of place but I've seen way worse bugs - like Aria's speech on Omega. gosh darn that was bad...

I''ve decided to stick with my Shotgun +.Pistol combo which I have used since ME1, if I want to use an assault rifle I'll play the soldier class. The Vanguard is all about high risk and high reward, if you ain't dying, you ain't trying.

I thought I would start the Rannoch arc today, but Omega took a lot out of me yesterday with all heart thumping action and I still haven't recovered. I'll just take it easy this afternoon and play a few games of FIFA, I'll try starting the Rannoch arc tonight instead.

Couldn't have thought of it? Wrong question. You should be asking why Bio didn't want to do it.

Well, perhaps yes. :) I stand corrected.

I sometimes equip my vanguard with the N7 Piranha. It's like N7 Hurricane and a Katana had a mean baby.

Just completed a paragon control ending playthrough. Undecided whether to simply replay ME3 - thinking synthesis ending this time - or do a trilogy run. Strange that I'm barely considering a backlog of other games waiting to be played. Jeez, ME or bust.

Computer crashed in the middle of the Turian Bomb mission and corrupted some save games. No big deal, I don't have to backtrack too far.

But the crash also wiped out my achievements, and it appears that when starting a new game all my bonus powers are locked again. How does that even happen? Sigh.

Can someone tell me, is the information for achievements and bonus powers saved in the coalesced.bin file? I do have a backup of that.

I just started another trilogy playthrough. I got tired of playing Skyrim so I went back to Mass Effect.
I finished Bring Down the Sky dlc about 15 minutes ago.

I killed a lot of people in ME2, to reflect ME3 Shep's meltdown. I figured if they write the story as if I had a crappy ME2 playthrough and few ME2 squadmates, I might as well make a playthrough like that. He needs more to have nightmares about than some random kid. edit: God, this sucks.

Had to start a new game to unlock all my bonus powers again. Playing as a soldier this time, figure it's the best to start with no bonus powers. Maxing out incendiary ammo and concussive shot early isn't too difficult.

Just got full control of the Normandy, after dropping Ashley off at the Citadel post-Mars. Did the tour and spoke to everybody on the ship. Got all my models and Boo. Now it's time to hit the galaxy map.

In ME2 as my Infiltrator FemShep: finished up the last of the random assignments before switching over to my Agent skillset (+100% Paragon/Renegade points) to handle the higher dialogue Loyalty missions.

Ready to do my Insanity speed run for the Reaper IFF with Mordin and Samara, the husks will never lay a dehydrated hand on us.

I finished my playthrough of ME1 earlier today and imported my female engineer into ME2. I just recruited Mordin about an hour ago.

Used Gibbed to successfully change some things in my PS3 saves. It's a little wonky getting it to work, but I finally did. Stoopid PS3 lock.

Anywho, I'd saved just before Cerberus HQ. Took Tali along and got sweet revenge for Thane. Headed to Earth and well, if you're reading this, you know the rest. For some reason, I picked Refuse this time. Felt right. The added dialogue Femshep says to the Catalyst is pretty good even if it is a hopeless outcome (for this cycle). I really dig that Buzz Aldrin is in this game, but I like the female stargazer scene better.

Imported my save and good to go again.

Trying to decide to finally create an adept to start fresh in ME1. Never played as an Adept, Sent, or Engineer.

Recently installed the massive overhaul for ME1(ME1UITM). No more god awful low rez textures. Making for a good time so far.

Seriously considering packing up my XB1 and getting the 360 out again. The lack of B/C is so frustrating..... :crying:
