I have no idea what you are trying to say here.we know they need organics tissue in order to support their complexed.
Source or it didn't happen.we know that if they were able to make unlimited number of reapers, they would have,
So your plan is to sacrifice 99% of our population, resources, factories and such (because any existing factories are documented, and will be tracked down by the Reapers) and start building an armada... without any tools? Or do power drills not count as electronics.this is a war where you settle on remoted plants and turn off electronics to avoid attracting reapers
All the while, the Reapers are sitting on Earth breeding humans for gooification.
Looks like someone bought Bioware's idiotic contrived landwar in Asia: Reapers are mile-long dreadnoughts, and now amount of krogan in bunkers is gonna do help win the war; at best, they can be used to check he reapers' disposable proxy ground troops.a war where krogans live and train in underground bunkers [...]where you mass produce human soldiers clone from shep Dna.

Synthesis is the best option to choose if you want to put yourself at the mercy of the reapers, since its the one which will leave them most pleased.KaiserShep wrote...
If the Catalyst is not to be believed, then synthesis wouldn't really be a logical option either, since it *is* the one it considers optimal. In any case, refuse is crap. You get a nice panoramic view of the reapers destroying the fleets around you, and earth is still burning, as are the other worlds that don't have a massive resistance in orbit. So it's either use the Crucible and run the [negligible] risk being flimflammed by the reaper AI, or standing there and doing nothing, and being processed by the reaper AI.
Refuse is the best option to choose if you want to fight them since its the plan which goes most against their wishes and planning and where shepard has the highest chances of survival( citadel arms are open, raido is working)
The galactic ships are being given a run for their money, earth is lost. this is one hard defeat but the war isnt over yet.
The more powerful galactic forces you managed to gather the harder the reapers were hit, the more surviving ships you have and the more chances the galaxy will have in the future.
Best Course of action from this point for shepard will be to evac the citadel, blow it sky high and nuke earth.

But unless you have an answer as to why you should take the catalyst word for it, you will remain a lost little kitty.

I'm rather curious as to how you think you will be able to continue the struggle. You throw everything you have at Earth on the off chance that you'll be able to dock your little Crucible, amazingly you actually manage to do just that and then at literally the last possible second you decide "You know what? I think we can take these mecha-Cthulhus without using the instant win button we just ****ing docked!"... while your allies are being butchered all around you...
I don't know who indoctrinated you but you really should give me their information, I'd love to meet them.

You go through the hard work, of building this giant crucible you have no idea who planned it or what it does.
The reapers know you need the citadel to make it work
So they leave you an opening, one opening
They make sure that your battle is desperate when trying to reach this one beam which might take you into the citadel
they throw ressitance at your way, but just the right amount which will leave you battered weaken.
When they see you are at your weakest they flyoff(literaly)
they throw a few more husks and one maraduer shield to make you feel like you earned it.
then after you are even more battered they take you up by the elevator, tell you how to kill them. and feed you a nice story on how you are so special and altered the variables. and you want to believe in it.
You want to believe in your enemy who actually turns out to be a nice and misunderstood guy...
he was really pro organics all along...
Here hes trying to help you.
But he wont take off the reapers far away from the galaxy
your enemy is pressing you to choose, it keeps destroying your ships while he explains to you what it thinks are your only options.
And you want to believe it. because you are tired, you are exausted. you want to believe in a quick fix to the war.
to save everyone.
Its about finding the best way to continue the struggle. you always have to do with the cards you have if they are worth almost nothing.
you cant jump and the first fient you see from your enemy because of wishful thinking. you have to absorb life and realise you have been duped.
Bioware really messed it with the cutsences. but i guess its because they know their fans:wizard:
Please try to think for yourself for one minute. think of the situation, how ridiculous and how likely it is.
Look at the facts.
I do not promise you sunshine or flowers. i wrote what is a bigger chance for survival.
the fact that so many people deny this resolution only prooves why the reapers were always so succesful in their harvests...

you are missing the point. you expect to a quick and decisive victory. the earth fleet was built in 40 years. the geth in 300.
I am talking of a thousands years struggle.
The reapers require specific materials in order to build their new ships, while the rest of the galaxy can use every one of the billions of stars around the galaxy.
This is the thing. You can't carry out a thousand years of constant struggle. It's not logistically possible. Unlike Reapers, everyone else relies on fuel. Fuel stations take time to be built. The Reapers know where they all are and are destroying them far quicker than they can be built. Ships, like the ones that got obliterated over Earth, take time to be built. In fact, you said it yourself. The Earth fleet was built in 40 years. The Reapers destroyed it in a matter of months.
And so what if the Reapers require specific materials (which everyone else's ships do as well)? There's no shortage of them. There are trillions of people available for processing, tons of Element Zero for their cores, and the very same metals to build their hulls. And with them being in control of the galaxy, which they are by the time Priority: Earth begins, they can set up manufacturing easily, unlike the rest of the galaxy whose factories have already been obliterated.
