I searched and cannot find anything here or on Google.
I did the guantlet. No problem. (PC version) so everyone removes their gear. After the fire, everyone re-equips their gear. Except Wynne. Not only is she standing there naked, all her gear is gone, completely. Not in inventory. Tried it again. Same.
Just need to see if it will happen with someone else. Now I had boots and a robe to put onher, but they weren't hers.
Yes, I've got a modded game. Heavily modded. But I've never had another glitch.
Mods: The Winter Forge (made a robe for her to wear back to camp) (most recent version)
DA:O Redesigned and additional textures
Fixes for items not given as rewards and for the Ancient elven boots.
Phoenix Forge for female characters.
No mods that affect scenes, dialog, plot or additional scenarios. Mostly aesthetic changes. So beautiful people of ferelden and stuff like that.
I have made it through the entire mage's circle (hence Wynne) and the town/castle Arl Eamon. Just doing the last bit of the Urn. Never had another problem other than an occasional mouth not moving during dialog (not often, like twice).
That's 30 hours of game time with no other problems.
But Wynne's gear is no place to be found. I'll have to buy her another staff, and that thing she wears as a belt is gone... unless I can find the code for it and add it back with the console. (And no it hasn't been modded).
I've been very careful with changing things to preserve some* game balance, though I still had to raise the difficulty.
Any ideas? Has it happened to anyone else?
I know it's an old game but I got bored with my current stable of games. Can only do so many dailies.

If you're ok redoing it yet again, just strip everyone down prior to clicking the altar. Then it'll auto-strip nothing and all you've got will be in inventory, including Wynne's stuff. This is how I avoid the losses in other denuding scenes in DAO and DAA... And it's not like you weren't going to strip anyway, so preventative nudity isn't exactly immersion-killing, just metagamely corrective... Or maybe you can just make Wynne get naked beforehand.
