 While playing through DA:O talking to Allistair in the urn of sacred ashes quest he mentions "What if he could've shielded duncan from the death blow" and that got me wondering if anyone has made a mod for this where it happens and you get duncan in your party instead of Allistair.

I'm sure this would cause some sort of rift in the plot but still would be a interesting idea.

I think if it happened you would probably not be the party leader anymore.
