So, just getting close to end of another ME2 run. This time around I don't have Zaeed's loyalty. Basically just didn't like the look of the Paragon option that would have kept it. And really wanted just to kick his ass after that mission anyway. Also didn't get Miranda's loyalty. Sided with Jack during the fight after Miranda's loyalty mission and didn't have a Paragon or Renagade option so's I could keep it.
Just wonderin whats gonna happen. And what will the affect be on ME3.
Garrus will run the fire team, Tali does the vents, Samara does the big shield thing-y, I ussually like to take Garrus at the end, but will that cause more losses at hold the line? This should be good.

Why do you use Garrus for the final assault? His powers, except squad armor piercing ammo, are not that great against collectors. Thane, Samara, and Miranda are more logical choices. Obviously, Miranda is out if you want to keep her for ME3, but she will die in ME3 regardless unless you get her loyal again. Why not retrain Sheppard's talents to get the 100% paragon/renegade boost, talk to Miranada, and retrain again? It only costs 5000 ezoo in total.

I like Garrus, or this Shepard does. I wish the hold-the -line team had a team leader, like the fire teams. Then it would make sense to leave Garrus back. Otherwise, its a role playing thing. Doesn't feel right to leave him out of it. He comes along on almost every mission.
I think I'll leave Miranda out on this one. I felt right when I lost Zaeed's loyalty after his missionb. It felt right siding with Jack over Miranda. I've done the suicide mission several times and the default is everyone lives. This one seems more appropriate.

Theres a hidden point system for hold the line. Take tali, kasumi or jack as your third, they have the lowest point values for the defense, and certainly dont take Zaeed or Grunt if your already taking Garrus, those three have the highest values.
