The TPF file doesn't load for me through Texmod. It's probably due to the fact that I'm also running the ME3 mod pack which has replaced many of the texture file's locations.

Anything you can offer as a solution?

If that modpack is texmodded, shift the leather jacket to be higher in the list.

If you applied a HR texture .MOD ontop of this PCC mod, you'll have to revert to stock, then redo the PCC and don't run the .MOD that replaces the dress again.

What you can also do is redo the texmod for the jacket yourself. You'll need to extract the textures and grab the identifiers for the replaced HR textures, then remake the TPF with those new identifiers.

Is the name of the original pcc dress file the same as the modded one? That way, I have an idea as to which file to save when redoing the mod pack.

Yes ofcourse. If you do the modpack first it will edit the PCC with HR textures, so if you apply the leather jacket mod after, it replaces the HR textures PCC with one with Vanilla textures and a replaced mesh. That should enable you to texmod it again.

Wait, that's what I did the first time and it didn't work. Texmod just doesn't want to load textures any more, even if they are vanilla textures. Ugh this is frustrating, but thanks a bunch for your help and suggestions regardless.

Did that pack include DLC textures? If so you'll need a different DLC authenticator tool, and not the launcher. You can't launch the game through texmod and launch the DLC authenticator. You'll need to launch through texmod then use a patcher. YOu can find info on that in the thread of the mod I assume you are using, or on the ME3Explorer boards.

Oh I think you misunderstood what my problem is. I do in fact use the PatcherWV_DLC.exe, and the game works fine. What doesn't work is the Texmod part. That black screen that stays for a couple minutes while the textures are loaded, doesn't appear any more. Now the game immediately loads even when I start it with Texmod, without the wait time, meaning the mods never loaded.

There's no reason for texmod not to load properly if you didn't change anything in the bootprocess.
There is no inherent problem with the tpf, it's just that you, for whatever reason fail to get texmod loaded up properly.
It is possibly a problem with your HR pack, but definately not this mod. I'd poke there. I can't help beyond this, don't know what was included in that pack of yours.
