Sure. I could die in the next year. Or have both my arms chopped off. Or society could crumble because of a zombie apocalypse.

But there's nothing I can do about it, so I might as well accept it.

Not upset at all, especially considering that the development time is the primary culprit for the issues that plagued DA2. No, I say, give Bioware all the time they need to make the best game possible.

Not really, no. I'm satisfied that we have a release date.

As far as I know, the only official information has been fall 2014. The rest was fan speculation.

It could even take longer than that if it meant a super duper awesome polished game. I'd like that.

Hell they can take till early 2015 if they really need to.

I'd rather have them take their time and make awesome than rush mediocrity.

Of course I'm upset, I want it nowwwwwwwwww.

And I want them to take their time and make it right.

It is possible to feel both of these sentiments.

At first I was like: "Oh yay BioWare! They're taking their time! Awesome!'

Then a few seconds later:

So, I am both happy and frustrated. :)

Well, not exactly.

I'm not exactly "waiting" for DAI right now. Lots of IRL stuff keeps me busy, and even if I do have (lots) of time to play games, there are a lot of games, both new and old to play. There are, like, 6-7 games in my steam library that I have never played.

Plus next gen game means my PC needs an upgrade. I think I won't get anywhere near impatient before upgrading it.

That, plus my expectation for DAI isn't really that high. I'm not exactly excited.

Meh, most games I want for PS4 are coming out end 2014 or 2015. So no big deal, but it will be awesome when all these awesome games come out all at once.

I'm not thrilled, but delays are a regular part of gaming.

I would be annoyed, however, if they announced any further delays. They are, after all, experienced developers, and they should know how much time they need.

No game is ever going to be 'perfect', part of the job is knowing when to quit fiddling with it and just release the damn thing.

Nope. But pressure is now on them to create a "full" game that's completed and peer reviewed. Their dev cycle is very fair to make a game that is technically (not a lot of bugs) and Visually ( story, gameplay, graphics) stunning. NO EXCUSES!

I am quite frustrated about it, since there will be no more DA2 DLC's to tide me over during the excessive wait, but there's nothing I can do about it. Maybe some other great game will get my attention till then.

I've actually had a nightmare about a multiplayer game. I don't care if they take a while developing it if it's worth the time they put into it. If it's carved into chunks visually like DA2 I'm going to be seriously disappointed.

I think the next game will be better than DA2. I don't think they would want a reply of all the complainsts. Personally I really liked the game. I did have a couple of issues with it but in all I really enjoyed the game :o

Nope, not upset one little bit. If it means waiting a bit more for Bioware to come out with a quality game than I'm fine with it, but to rush DA:I out for a 2013 release which would mean a loss of quality, features and overall worth of my money is just a waste.

Nope. I've got plenty to do (and plenty of games to play) between now and fall of next year.

Take your time and get it right, BioWare.

Nope. I've always believed developers should get three years for this type of game.

On the one hand, I'm impatient but honestly I'm glad they're taking the time to make it a really good game.

Not upset, no. A little "worried" that by the time it comes out the world will have shifted and I won't be playing anymore, but not upset.
