I know if you let them sleep together then Nella has apparently been around the de Launcet Estate long enough to start putting up those stupid cow statue things which would suggest she's been there for a while at least.

She probably is pregnant, though Maker knows if it's really Emile's kid. She could have been knocked up a week before and there's no way to tell.
