(Spoiler) What happens if Shepard lets the Council to die and decides the humanity should rule other races in the war against the Reapers? Does it impact the total number of fleets at the end of ME3? What are other effects? Do other races rebel against humans?
Maybe there are YouTube videos about it?

ME3 completly ignores this choice. Some other choices may only very small consequences, but this one just is retconned. In ME2 at least the aliens on the Citadel were bitter about it. And the "fleet number" is actually a tiny bit worse.
To be fair, the renegade ending of ME1 was very stupid. The council races give all their power to a race that is weaker than them because it won ONE battle for them?

ME3 is messed up here. In ME1, I killed the council, and made Anderson the councillor, yet in 3, It's Udina regardless, and the council are alive...

And yes, I imported the correct save.

Anderson resigns in one of the books. So he is never the Councillor in 3 regardless of previous choices.
