Yeah, I don't know about best and worst, but City Elf affected me the most and Dalish Elf/Dwarven Commoner tied for the least interesting.

Best Origin from the Female Character Perspective : City Elf

Best Origin from the Male Character Perspective : Dwarven Noble



Honorable mention : Human Noble both from the Male and Female perspective would have won best overall, if it had more to it and more "mom" time. Elanor Cousland was awesome and if only the Human Noble origins allowed you to get to know your parents better, so that when Howe's betrayal came, the emotional impact would have been all that much greater.

I don't know about best because most are quite good. But I agree about Dalish being the worst. There is just nothing going on there. Yeah, your friend dies but there's no real impact from it because it happens so early and you basically are forced to join the Wardens or die from the taint. Not much there.

I have played all the origins except the Dwarf commoner and they all have aspects that i enjoy so picking my favorite is difficult but after much tought.



Best Human Noble



Least Dwarf, but in all fairness i am not particularly fond of dwarves anyway so it is probably my bias coloring my decision.
