We tested Glacier solo load times on all 3 platforms. pc had a 12 second advantage over xbox, who had another 9 seconds over ps3.

Yea she the best choice for me now. The last video of 19:24 was bad. Too many mistakes and a banshe got stuck on the basment balcony which stole atleast 15-20 seconds from me. If I could get those same objectives and minimize the mistakes then I think I could beat it.

Nice job OP. I know it might not mean much to you Spectre types, but consistently going sub 20 on Gold solos is incredible, considering the average 4 player Gold PUG on Glacier takes 22 mins

You can just watch videos and judge the loading times. Not always the case when you don't have a video but loading times vary and I don't mean by number of players, map, or enemy, though that is true as well. I've been trying for fast times as well and my loading times can change by 5-10 seconds even when playing the same map and enemy over and over.

I tried again and managed to save 5 measly seconds. I used geth scanner instead, which I think may be just as useful. On my previous run I still had 3 missiles left on wave 10 anyway.

Yeah load times can vary from game to game. My numbers come from a video trial we did a few months back where each platform would load a glacier solo and bleed out at the start of wave 1. They are only useful as an estimate and a full team game tends to have a bigger time gap.

Nice, it's really great to see Xbox and PS3 step up with these solos. Most of the PC players I know who do this sort of thing are inactive now, and I don't want this to be a dying art.
