 If anything, I would have liked much more. From my personal experience...

Shep, Talimancer or not, Garrus and Tali on Geth ship in ME3.

Shep and Liara in LotSB, car chase in particular.

Shep, Liara, and Garrus in ME3... "There goes the next Shadow Broker".

These are ones I clearly remember and enjoyed. It lightens things up, and makes me smile. I need to try more combinations and hopefully find more.

Or the catfight between Tali and Liara or Ash before the boarding of the dreadnought.

I liked the banter between Tali and Garrus prior boarding the Geth dreadnought and when they were in the Geth Dreadnought.

Jack vs. Miranda with Renegade!FemShep and Kasumi egging them on.

Zaeed & Wrex's stories from the past.

Wrex & Tali in the elevator (both ME1 and ME3: Citadel). I find the contrast between them hilarious.

Liara in LotSB.

Kasumi's comments everywhere in ME2. And in ME3: Citadel.

Javik in anything.

 I find the Legioin banter to be hilarious.  Such as this scene from the Citadel in me2.

When Shep asks csec customs officer about the heightened security:

Csec:  A few minor changes were made to reduce the risk of geth infiltration. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Legion: Geth do not infiltrate.
Csec: You should leave your personal synthetic assistant at home. They're not allowed on public shuttles anymore.
Legion: Geth do not intentionally infiltrate.

Ha... I love that. I need to go for the IFF sooner next time so I can use Legion more. I always save it for end game, fearing I'm under powered.

To be honest, the one time I had all that dialogue I modded the game save to make Legion available early.  I took him on the mission to obtain him, and he helped carry an invisible Legion back on board.  xD

Nah, any dialogue is fair. The Javik/Vega exchange was pretty good too.

Vega: *silence*
Javik: That was a joke.
Vega: aah ha ha ha...funny ..ha ha
Javik: ...I just made that up, it means nothing. The joke is now on you human.
