Thanks, made my day. I just love emergent behavior in games. Make rockets physical objects which can be shot down and interact with their environments and watch the fun begin.
Or maybe the Geth just have started receiving broadcasts of 21th century Team fortress 2 rocket jumping soldiers. Next scions will start propelling themselves with their own grenades. :-)

I've been seen this a lot since late last week. It happened on Hydra for me against Collectors.
A Collector Captain "died" just stood up and flew off over the bunker. Everyone was like..."uh...what was that?!?".
I'm guessing it's something to do with the algorithm to remove dead enemies when an explosion occurs (rag doll animation) and network lag.
Then again, might just be space magic.
