I contacted EA and they were not able to do anything because they stated that they do not have any evidence of the Xbox Live Digital Purchase of Dragon Age 1 and 2 plus most of the DLC for both.
This same EXACT problem happened to me with Mass Effect 2, Bioware had no idea that I made the purchase.
How can one register a Digital Purchased game and dlc if there is no REGISTRATION CODE with Digital Purchases from Xbox Live?
Solution this information should be sent direct to EA from MS Xbox Live when a client makes a purchase, especially since there is no Registrational Code, which means it should be INTERGRATED in the DIGITAL PURCHASE!
You don't need to be a rocket scientist to understand this , so what can be done to resolve this problem Bioware?
MS told me that they intend to Refund my purchase which is EXACTLY WHAT I DO NOT WANT NOR DID I ASK, due to the fact that they are unable to send a simple email to EA to prove that I LEGALLY PURCHASED the products Online on Xbox Live, do these issues happen also on Stream? If so I doubt I will purchase another EA product let alone the Xbox One or anything else Microsoft related. This problem isn't cient based it's about a SERIOUS LACK of communication between MS EA and Bioware from what I can see.
Has ANYONE else had a similar problem and was it ever resolved?
I don't want a refund on that which I purchased, I just want the games registered along with the dlc so I can have unlocked the items for registering said products.
