Seeing as that the Citadel DLC adds squad resources for Wrex, Miranda, Jacob, Zaeed, Kasumi, Samara, Jack and Grunt, is it now possible to mod them into the regular squad during the regular game?

Hackers were able to mod Javik into the game since he had a "placeholder" already on the disc right?  Is this "extended squad" mod idea even plausable?
