Have you tried a repair install? Right click the game on the Origin screen and pick that option, it may work.
You may have to delete all files and reinstall through Origin though. A lot of games just don't like being copied across from install to install, they'll just throw up errors.

You did something wrong. Might be easier to unistall Origin and reinstall it. Games should be kept in a seperate folder "Origin Games". I keep copies of my digital installs and when a drive needs redone I will move the copies around with no issues.
