now i was thinking about what type of mage i would like too be Arcane Warrior doesn't interest me one bit now that i figure it out its not all that hard as i thought it would be just stacking defense magic that protect you and use a shield and a sword for damage.

i was thinking of this build but i was not sure how too start it off the Entropy tree a great CC tree not a whole bunch of damage so i was thinking of throwing in some Primal skills like Lightning maybe Ice. my whole idea is too use everything in the Entropy tree and just be a huge support too my party it sounds easy too say but i suck at builds i never know what else i want cause sooner or later i will fill up the tree and those extra points will have to so somewhere and i don't know where. ?

care too help me? or is this build just a waste of time cause i never really used Entropy before

It's NOT a waste of time. Entropy rocks.

In addition to the Entropy School, try getting crushing prison and some spells from the Glyph tree. If you are SP hungry, fill out the mage tree, get spell wisp and spell might. Invest in whatever you want from the Primal school, & of course, the BM spells whenever they become available. As good as the Entropy spells are, they are more suited for debilitation than anything; so you might want to start off by getting crushing prison asap and something like winter's grasp before starting to fill out Entropy.

I still think AW + BM is the way to go, even if you arent going to activate combat magic
and go fighting.
Cailens armor is +5 health reg, lifegiver ring is +3 reg,
and combined with blood ring that nearly nullify any downside with casting from health,
and while not having any magic protection activated, you still better armor than any warrior,
a single point in heal line should be enuff.
For me, the aura healing seems like a friendly fire mana drain

It is certainly a great de-buffing tree, I usually build Morrigan around the Entropy tree, cold damage abilities and Blood Magic. While most of the skills don't deal damage directly, they can weaken enemies to the point where your companions just mop them up with ease while you heal and buff your allies at the same time. Gives a great tactical advantage in combat.
