Here's mine:

1. Complete Thunderdome with the Slayer.
2. Complete Thunderdome with the SE.
3. Max out my manifest (12 unlocks away ).
4. Be successful with Engys (my weakest class). 
5. Kill a Phantom with Ascension Stance activation on Plat.
6. Shove my flaming sword up the Praetorian's rear end without getting poked or butt lazored.
7. Do a Krolord plat solo.

1) Use Flamer to kill an unshielded Atlas in a single cast.
2) Get sync-killed by a Prime on wave 3.
3) Defeat invisible enemies on Gold.
4) Get more upgrades for infinite ammo weapons.

That's about it for me.

Considering the stage of life of ME3, I think maxing everything except UR cards is a modest yet achievable goal. I'll see what else I can think of, if I get that far.

Maybe completing every silver level challenge, not sure as it would be a bit of a grind.
Other than that, I guess playing some games with people on my friends list I rarely (or never) see and keep trying to have fun.
