Gold. Used to play Platinum with friends.

Have done a few Platinum pugs a day the past couple days, but they are more tiring than fun. And the lag is irritating. As for hosting, I started a UUP lobby and nobody showed up. That's when I went Quick Match and was dropped into Rio Reapers. Had another that was set to some odd thing, but apparently having me as "hardcore" and a 4th that was "best of the best" made them switch it to UUP and we got Vancouver / Cerberus. That second game was ok though.

Gold is usually more fun to me really.

It's not too hard to get plat done somewhere in the 20s with a lacking manifest... For example: the Predator X does a decent Job (just) - the Incisor a great job.

Yuuup. She plays plat. At least with me she did (see, past tense.. have to fix that) because I'm a platinum snob.

If you can manage to find plat PuG's that can finish in the 20's, while you are playing with weak weapons/mods/gear, then you have FAR more luck than I at matchmaking.

Platinum isn't an issue, but from my experience, if I can't be one of the people killing fast, then the match usually drags out. It is rare to find a lobby that has more than one person that knows what they are doing. We are talking PuG's here, not games with friends.

Sometimes it is luck to find a squad that will finish that fast with the obligatory AIU and TGI, although many times it becomes the unholy trinity with Juggernaut and therefore only three theoretical damage dealers (you, the AIU and the TGI).  In theory.

Lately it's been almost exclusively Platinum. Prefer Gold though.

Mostly gold with friends and/or PUGs and platinum with friends.  I don’t mind playing silver and bronze.  I will play the game with anyone on any difficulty.
