Turns out when I made my account on this site, one of 3 things happened. I went utterly stupid for a moment and mistyped any email address I've been typing almost daily for 2 years, my computer stuttered while typing in my email address and left out part of it, or the website screwed up and entered my info wrong.
I was trying to buy BioWare points to get the Warden's Keep and noticed that the website has my email account registered as CBoudreau@*********.com instead of CBoudreau13@*********.com. I logged in using the first email address in Dragon Age a moment ago and all of my DLC downloaded and installed immediately. Anyone having issues getting DLC to show up, double check that you are in fact using the email address you registered on the site with. I haven no idea what I'm going to do about this though. I'm not sure if they can transfer everything over to a different website account, or if I have to continue to commit some form of Email account fraud to keep my DLC. I used the "contact us" button at the bottom to tell them what had happened, so looks like I have to wait to see what can be done.
/sigh. I found out my issue with being unable to get DLC

Aye, if someone could point me to where I could change my account's email address, I'd be more than willing to. Unfortunately, all I can find is how to change the account password, nothing about the email address. I'll have to just wait and see if anyone from BioWare or EA can help me with this.

CBoudreau, I love you so very very much! I just tried this and realized that I typo'd a j after the 'h' in my email address as well, now all of my CE edition items have downloaded too.

Since there's ultimately an EA account at the guts of this, you can try changing your email on your EA account page: https://profile.ea.com/myinfo.do Click on Update My Info
