Happens. I've had primes do the same thing, banshee warp balls hit when at impossible angles, rocket troopers that shoot through walls and other such nonsense. The AI gets no more lucky than you yourself do in the average match.

I know, but what are the chance of an atlas shooting a rocket from further behind there, it just going through the gap (remember the rocket is heat-seeking, it doesn't go straight) and then hitting the player?

If Atlas rockets can pull a 180 and hit you in the back as you dodge and run from it, why shouldn't it be able to go through that hole?
