Hi, I can not create this post in the correct forum because according to the forum, do not wear 24 hours logged into the forum (LoL, spent years registered).
Well, a couple of days ago I bought 5 dlc for mass effect 2. I could not play them because they were linked to my account. After hours on the phone with EA Technical Services (PÉSIMO) bioware points me back.
Since I was not interested in anything more than the bioware store decided to buy the dlc genesis to check if the repurchasing work but I can not. I give buy and takes me to the page of my dlc but this does not appear.
I'm TIRED of this service, see if someone from bioware soon give me a solution because it is incredible that continue having these errors and have a service so lousy.
In short, let me buy back the dlc.

Well, your DLC will always be linked to your bioware/origin account, so what exactly you want to do? If you play ME with other profile, try asking the Technical Service if they can transfer your points to the account you use in your game. But yep, you can't run away from this.
