Already played through once with perfect ending (no deaths).

Now I want to play through again, but this time I want to see character deaths.  However I do NOT want to see them die on the Normandy, cause that's sort of lame.

So... I know Jack and Thane die on the Normandy, and I would rather see them die in action or something - if possible.  How do I ensure all comrades die in action and NOT on the Normandy?

Research all ship ugrades so no one dies on the ship. After that, make bad choices for vents, biotic bubble, and squad leaders to see squadmate deaths. Take unloyal squadmates with you to the final boss to have them die after the fight.

What do you mean, you want to "see" their deaths? As in a cut scene? I wanted to kill Jack one time so I sided with Miranda and then used Jack as the escort. You don't get to "see" that death since it is off camera.

Also if you want 'all' you will need to let Jack, Thane and Kasumi die on the ship. Bad choices for leaders + vents and for the final confrontation you should take unloyals and make sure they are proficient in combat, so that the team holding the line is weakened. Grunt, Zaeed and Garrus top the list.
