Good morning, good evening and good night.

I am in desperate need of a hangover cure please share if you have one and "time and rest" is not helpful I NEED CURES NAOW. I have tried water, fruit juice, cold compresses against my head and sleeping but have been completely unsuccessful with the result of running out of a faculty meeting to vomit cornflakes that I can't recall ingesting.

I'm relatively sure I have recieved sound advice and need a clear head to think it over.

Please take pity on this poor example and share your hangover solutions.

Visiting RWBY threads usually does the trick.

But what would I know, I've never been drunk.

My cure is never to get sober, if you stay drunk you never have a hangover...*pours a double*

Well I know a guy who knew a guy who knew a guy who had a roommate who had a brother and that brother alleviated the pain with whole milk. Could just be a placebo.

More beer!

Just kidding. Do a few lines of cocaine, it will clear your head up right away.

Water, coffee, advil and sleep (if you can).

But lets be honest, a hangover is your bodies way of trying to tell you how it feels.

I hear watching a Livestream of dating sims involving creepy pigeons and fat doctors is a pretty good cure for hangovers.

Gatorade and water. Before and after you drink. The electrolytes help rehydrate you and the salt in Gatorade help you retain water so that the water you take in just doesn't run through you. Alcohol depletes majority of the nutrients in your body (water being the biggest ofc), that's why you wake up completely cotton mouthed and famished. So all the other particles in Gatorade also helps restore you. So that you may drink again.

Also a greasy burger served up in a dirty ashtray will do wonders.

Well, hangovers are caused by the presence of acetaldehyde in your system. So if you take an injection of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase it will clear it up faster.

If you turn on all the lights and turn your stereo all the way up, it will stimulate your central nervous system, causing your pituitary gland to signal your body to produce more acetaldehyde dehydrogenase. That will make you feel better.

Paper cut yourself and squeeze lemon juice into it while stepping on a Lego. That should distract you from your hangover.

Having water before and even in-between drinks actually prevents hangovers in my case.

Bit late for that now, but something to consider for next time.

Eat eggs, drink lots of water, eat bananas (or kiwi fruit, almonds, or any other food high in potassium).

Eggs contain cysteine, which helps your liver process the acetaldehyde that's causing the hangover.
Ethanol is a diuretic, which leaves you dehydrated. Drinking water will help.
Finally, the diuretic effect also drops your potassium levels, which you restore by eating bananas, kiwi fruit, almonds, or other high-potassium foods.

I don't know. I have never had a hangover or vomited due to drinking or lost memories.

I find the situation you're in strange but I hope you get better.
