Probably unlikely, but they are so cool
You think there will be Griffens

Meh. I'm getting enough of them playing Dragon's Dogma.

I couldn't care less about Griffons. Saw enough of them in WoW back in the day.

I don't no about this game. BUT if this whole fade thing expands into DA4 (Which I'm sure it will. I don't no I get the feeling the mage templar war is going to be settled here and the fade thing is going to be a backdrop that will end in DA4 but that's just me) the I could easily seeing them coming back.

I'd like to see Griffons. Ideally as a replacement for the Mabari but even in game the return/re-discovery of Griffons could be amazing to see.

I doubt they'll bring griffons back. But I think they are very much aware that some fans love them, so maybe we'll see more griffon lore in the game.

Yes, towards the end of Dragon Age, griffons will miraculously start showing up again, and the next age will be named after them. As for now, Helmets with griffon wings are all we are going to get.

Griffins are all dead like the Dinosaurs, unless they will fly out of the void we won't see any

The dragons ate the griffon's eggs and put their own in their nests. I'm kidding, but i wonder if nobody else realised the connection between the griffons going extinct and the dragons making their comeback.

Not in force, but I wouldn't mind if a pocket of survived Griffons were found.
But I like their legend as a legend. I'm a bid sad fictional universes can't have a supposed mythological creature without it having to have a apperance.

If Sandal's prophecy is in fact a prophecy, and "all the magic returns" then it's possible that this is inclusive of griffons. But I think that will be for another installment of Dragon Age, not Inquisition.

There will be a griffon cameo - when the PC enters a rather impressive landscape, and the camera pans over the mountains and sun-dappled leaves of a lush forest, we'll see something fly by. A lion and eagle-shaped something. And that will be all.
