If you level up a wizard7 to Arcane scholar, does your crafting level increase or does it stay at level 7?

Enchanting items is based on your spellcasting level, which goes up with Arcane Scholar levels counted just like Wizard levels, so there should be no impediment to crafting.

That's great, I was getting impatient to craft level 9 items and was not sure if I had delayed this by choosing the Arcane Scholar.
