I have the auto save following the credits, and I have another manual save that I created after loading the auto save that was created after the credits so I could give Morrigan the mirror to fix a problem with Awakenings epilogue regarding her.  Which save file will include all of the choices I made throughout the entire game, even after the coronation ceremony?

Import the manual save mate. Any save file includes the decisions you've made up to that point.

long time since I imported but I thought something didn't import okay from the manual save but was correct in the autosave (though it may have been a bug since fixed)
(I believe it was the Dark Ritual - completed in game but not acknowledged by Morrigan in Witch Hunt starting awakening from a manual save but she acknowledged it after a load from autosave).

of course it is questionable as to if any import can guarantee everything being okay

Manual Save afterwards in Origins, Play Awakening, Import into Golems of Amgarrak and then import that game into Witch Hunt. Will get you your final save for DA2 in that order.
