I use the heavy barrel because I tried the power amp but the stat bar wasn't changing so I think it's bugged.
For rank 6 incinerate, the 100% extra damage to chilled targets I'm pretty sure that applies to the DoT as well, so it's quite powerful.

That's because everyone acknowledges that the Drellguard is a great character! But the point is a challenge, and the Drellguard couldn't be challenging unless we couldn't spec into cluster grenades or biotic charge
