If Bioware contacted you and said they would give you one wish in DAI what would you choose?

BTW - A wish is ~ One thing you could have in either the way the game is played or something that occurs in the actual cannon of the game or even a technical aspect. In other words, what is your ONE big issue that would mean the most to you if you had control over it. Can be as wild or subdued as you like....no boundries.

That would be at the near top of my list as well. I don't understand why they won't let us be an elf.

Not in the least. I would genuinely like to see an action-fantasy videogame where the majority of the characters are gay men.

After reading this, my one wish would be "for the love of all that is good, no forced cameos"

Seriously, it's not necessary to shoehorn characters from previous games in if they are of no relevance to the plot. But that's just my opinion of course.

My actual "one wish" is completely unrelated: no endless amount of DLC. I'm not naive however, so I'm expecting that's a wish that won't be coming true

To end the mage/templar conflict in the way I find most appealing.

Even though I truly hope the mage/templar conflict is just one SMALL piece of what Inquisition is really about.

I am pretty sure the Mage/Templar war will be very important in DAI, but it is really a symptom of the real probem in which the protagonist will have to run down.

Story branching based on factions and alignments for the main protagonist. Different companions for different factions as well. It probably won't happen though since the game would take at least one or two more years to finish.

Yeah this would be my obvious first choice no doubt. For me, being able to pick a race myself and be something else than the standard human - no matter how special or cool that human might be - is one of the more important aspects when talking about RPGs, imo. Plus, it definitely adds to a game's replay value.

The ability to create customized companions with their own soundsets (like in DAO) to enhance replayability. I would use the "standard" companions at first, but down the road would be able to create any kind of party I wanted (all Dalish, all women, whatever). In DAO, the unique soundsets allowed me to create custom companions (via mods) that ended up "meaning" more to me than most of the standard ones. Like Varric would say, I have a pretty good imagination. I know that most people wouldn't be interested in this, but it would be great to me. There was a huge difference in replayability between DAO and Dragon Age 2 (a game that I liked quite a bit) for me.
